Community Access to Pool / Wellness Education Center

Did you know that the local community has access to ÿÈÕ̽»¨â€™s pool and Wellness Education Center?

The Wellness Education Center (WEC) is a drop-in fitness lab for Cabrillo students. In order to use this innovative state-of-the-art facility, students must apply, register, and enroll in one of the following transferrable Kinesiology classes:

Fall/ Spring: The WEC hours are Monday-Thursday from 6:30am-7:00pm, Friday from 6:30am-12:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am-1:00pm

Summer: The WEC hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm

The Wellness Education Center (WEC) is a drop-in fitness lab for Cabrillo students. In order to use this innovative state-of-the-art facility, students must enroll in one of the following transferrable Kinesiology classes:

The section number in which you enroll is based on the hours you commit to working out each semester. ÿÈÕ̽»¨ log in and out each visit. The computer tracks your hours—once hours are completed, you will receive a PASS grade.

Cabrillo Kinesiology faculty staff the lab and are there as your "fitness tutors" or personal trainers who motivate you, answer questions, and make workout recommendations. The WEC faculty also offer free mini workshops on a variety of topics throughout the semester.

Parking is enforced on campus 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. ÿÈÕ̽»¨ does not provide "FREE" parking. All vehicles parked on ÿÈÕ̽»¨ property are required to properly display a valid ÿÈÕ̽»¨ parking permit. You can buy a daily parking permit for $4.00 in any of the student parking lots from parking permit dispensers located in the lots.
