These deadlines are for RT ÿÈÕ̽»¨ entering into the program in the fall:

Spring before entry: Attend Clinical Compliance Session

By June 21st: Your account should be complete and compliant.

Between June 6th and June 21st: You should complete your Clinical Orientation Modules and your Drug Screen

Second week of fall semester: Your 2 handbook forms: "Radiologic Technology Student Handbook Agreement" and "Clinical Education Handbook and Policies Agreement" are due the second week of school. These forms must be signed by your instructor.

Before October 1st: Obtain a seasonal flu shot before this due date.

Remember that is is entirely your responsibility to maintain compliance and communicate appropriately with the clinical compliance coordinator regarding compliance issues.

ÿÈÕ̽»¨ named as alternates please do not complete the following until officially accepted by your program:

• Compliance fee
• Background Check
• Drug screen
• COMs
• 2 Handbook verification forms
